Sanjeev is a seasoned Strategy, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product Management and Business Consulting professional with over two decades of international experience. He brings deep expertise in the areas of research, analysis, strategic visioning, service design, product design, digital management, and agile delivery techniques.

Sanjeev has a consistent track record of delivering sustained business value and commercial outcomes through recommending, designing and implementing innovative customer solutions and digital products across manufacturing, automotive, industrial, travel & hospitality industries. His sweet spot is at the intersection of brand strategy, customer value, digital delivery, and enabling technology and processes. In this capacity, Sanjeev can help organisations design and deliver differentiated experiences while optimizing backstage processes and driving business efficiencies. He leverages techniques like Design Thinking, Scaled Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizan, with the ability to motivate and engage key stakeholders.

Sanjeev holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Karnatak University, an MBA from the SDM Institute for Management Development, and has completed the General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CSPO, CSM and SAFe PO/PM certified professional.
