Probal is a strategic management consultant and process architect who thrives on delivering efficiency through operational change with a focus on instilling customer centricity along the way. He brings deep expertise in all aspects of current state analysis, process re-engineering, data management, business case development, future state design and execution pathways. Probal has used these skills for over 25 years in large, complex corporate environments with organisations like Westpac, Xerox, NICE and Verint. He also brings a range of international experience in the BPO sector through engagements across the Asia Pacific region, the UK, Africa, the Middle East and the United States. Probal brings qualifications in Project Management from University of Technology Sydney and is a Certified ICAgile Professional.
