Harshit is an experienced Customer and Digital Executive that has led value accretive strategy and transformation programs across a range of industries in India, Singapore, and the Middle East. His areas of expertise include customer research and analysis, experience design, innovation, digital design, digital transformation, customer retention, customer measurement and target operating model development.
Over the last decade he has advised and executed innovative strategies for a range of well-known brands including Unilever, Reliance JIO, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Citibank, Amazon Prime, Singapore Airlines, Skoda, Asian Paint, Reckitt Benkiser, OCBC Bank, ADBC bank, and the Government of Oman to name a few. Harshit has established centres of excellence for design thinking and customer centricity and enjoys building long-standing capabilities to help organisations achieve genuine market advantage.
Prior to joining Strativity, he was the Head of CX, Strategic Alliances & Automation at Aditya Birla Finance, and before that was a Director with KPMG focussed on customer, operations, design, and digital transformation. Harshit is a proud alumnus of Stanford’s D.School (San Fransisco) where he was formally trained in Customer Focused Innovation & Design Thinking and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from Pune University. He has also completed Executive Programs in Innovation & Change at Pennsylvania University and in Sales & Marketing at the Indian School of Business.
