Barbara brings an eye for design and a background in market research, UX and digital project management. Prior to joining Strativity, Barbara held a variety of roles that saw her applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to solve business problems and develop innovative customer solutions. Barbara has a strong aptitude for crafting compelling and seamless digital experiences, underpinned by human centred design and agile methodology. She has led multiple user research programs to empathise with customers, and used this understanding to create personas, customer journey maps, user flows, information architecture and workable prototypes. Barbara has worked closely with management, developers and technical leads to deliver cutting edge products and services across the freight forwarding and logistics, e-commerce, insurance, travel and recreation industries. Her mission is to align company and user objectives to deliver optimal engagement strategies. She has a double degree in Business (Marketing/Management) from Monash University, as well as a certificate in Business Analytics with Harvard Business School Online, Full Stack Web Development and UX/UI (Elevate).
