Ashlee Riordan

Ashlee is a highly respected practitioner in the strategic design and innovation space with an award-winning 12+ year career spanning both industry leadership and consulting. She has grown two human-centred design agencies from infancy, and has helped over 30 of Australia’s leading brands and government agencies to innovate, transform, capitalise on new market opportunities. Ashlee has extensive experience building organisational capability in innovation and design. She lectures on demand for three universities and recently launched a new masters of innovation program within the Melbourne school of engineering. Ashlee has a degree in cognitive neuroscience with honours from Australian National University, and a Masters of Education (Melbourne University) with a focus on developing creative problem solving and innovation skills in others.
