Ann enjoys partnering with teams to ensure strategic capability and growth mindsets are embedded and has won national and international awards for mentoring and innovation. Prior to commencing with Strativity, Ann held senior executive roles in several well-known listed financial services organisations with responsibility for customer strategy, product development, service delivery, customer centred innovation, product and service roadmaps, segmentation, research programs, target operating models, transformation, growth, and business integration. She brings an intellectually curious and engaging approach to all business challenges and thrives in the areas of strategy development, design thinking, workshop facilitation, enterprise transformation, organisational design, and agile approaches. Ann holds a Bachelor of Business with Distinction from UTS and an MBA from AGSM.
